Inspiration: Never be afraid to try something new

Aging Evolution member Resa Giles, 56, knows what she is talking about. Resa, traditional competed in figure but this year she decided to try a new challenge by competing in bikini.

Not only did she achieve her goal, she took 2nd Place in Bikini Masters over 50 this weekend at the New England Championships in Boston.
